Desmond Asamoah Boateng

Holds a BA in law from Accra Police Academy and Diploma in Arbitration from Sussex University. Desmond Asamoah Boateng practicing law since 2002 and he was a partner and head of litigation at Baker & McKenzie. for over eight years. His experience prior to that was in the Ministry of Interior for seven years.

Desmond Asamoah Boateng is specialized in Corporate and Commercial Law, handling criminal, civil and commercial cases. Alhanaee is licensed to appear before Ghana level and Federal Courts (court of First Instance, Appeal Court, Court of Cassation and The Supreme Court).

Solomon Asante

Asante finished his legal studies at the University of Ghana Faculty of Law. Asante is admitted to the Ghana Bar Association and registered before the Ghana Supreme Court.

Asante joined the Dispute Resolution Department at our advocacy in early 2008 as Senior Legal Consultant for almost five years. Asante acted for a range of local and international corporations, as well as Ghana government entities.

Following graduation, Asante spent more than 10 years of his career as a court litigator and legal correspondent at Eldib Advocates – Kumasi, Ghana. Asante worked as a lawyer in the Maritime Law and Banking fields.
